#1 B2B Sales Portal for Manufacturers & Distributors

Payments & Invoicing

Get paid without leaving the portal

Customers pay an invoice or order by card or ACH right where they already do business with you — or pay from a link you send directly, no portal login required.

See Stripe payments in action

A short walkthrough of connecting Stripe, setting up your customers, and collecting invoice payments in the CrikSales B2B portal.

How a payment moves through CrikSales

No separate billing portal, no re-keying what was already invoiced.

1

Send the request

Payment is prompted right from an invoice or order, or you send a standalone payment link by email.

2

Customer pays, no login needed

A payment link opens a public pay page. The customer pays by card or ACH without a portal account.

3

A receipt goes out automatically

Once payment succeeds, a receipt is generated and the invoice or order reflects it — no manual follow-up.

4

It's all on the record

Every payment, and every payment attempt, is kept against the account — so nothing gets lost in an inbox.

What's included

Card & ACH acceptance

Stripe-backed card and bank transfer payments, configured from Admin & Setup.

Saved cards on file

Repeat customers, or your team on their behalf, can charge a saved card instead of collecting details again.

Shareable payment links

Send a direct link to collect a payment outside the normal order or invoice flow.

No-login public pay page

Customers pay from a link without creating an account or signing in — one less barrier to getting paid.

Automatic receipts

A receipt is generated the moment a payment succeeds, with no manual step on your side.

Payment attempt history

See every attempt against an invoice or order, not just the successful charge — useful when a card fails or a customer disputes a payment.

Set up Stripe

Connect Stripe and choose how you get paid

Start from your CrikSales account: Tools → Stripe Payment Configuration.

1

Connect with Stripe

Click Connect with Stripe and log in to your Stripe account. Once connected, your Stripe account details and options appear under Stripe account management.

2

Pick your payment methods

In the general payment settings, accept credit card payments, ACH payments, or both.

3

Choose your currency

Select the payment currency. The currency you choose applies to all customer payments.

4

Check ACH readiness & save

If you turn on ACH, you can assess whether your Stripe account is ready to receive ACH payments. Then click Save payment settings.

Per-customer control

Decide which customers can pay, and how

Enable payments one customer at a time, from Customer User Config under Tools or from Customer Settings on each customer's details page. Click Configure next to a customer, open Payment Configuration, and set:

  • Can pay invoices in the portal: tick “Yes, this customer can pay invoices in the CrikSales portal” and allow ACH, credit card, or both.
  • Pay when submitting an order: choose whether payment at checkout is optional, required, or not available.

Click Save settings, then repeat for every customer you want to collect from.

Payment at checkout options

Optional“This customer may pay for an order when submitting it, but is not required to.”
Required“This customer must pay for an order when submitting it.”
Invoices only (default)“This customer cannot pay for an order when submitting it.” They pay invoices after the fact.

Paying an invoice

What your customers see

From balance to Stripe payment window in a few clicks.

See the balance owed

On logging in to the B2B portal, customers see the balance they currently owe you.

Jump to unpaid invoices

Clicking the balance opens the unpaid invoices in the Invoices tab.

Click Pay

Under Pay Balance, a Pay link opens the Stripe payment window to complete payment.

Follow the status

Customers track their payment status in the Invoices tab under Pay Balance.

Credit card Payment is instantaneous.
ACH Payment arrives within the standard ACH payment time frame.

Your view

Track every payment from the Payments tab

In your own portal, the Payments tab shows the status of any invoice for which a payment was initiated, across all customers, whether or not the payment process was completed.

For ACH payments, the status shows bank payment clearing until the funds have been received by you.

Embedded, not bolted on

Payment happens where the invoice or order already lives

A customer reviewing an open invoice or an order confirmation sees a prompt to pay right there — there's no separate billing portal to log into, and nothing to reconcile by hand between two systems.

Payment setup itself is self-service: configure your Stripe connection from Admin & Setup without waiting on a developer.
