Landing Page Options
The landing page of the Crik-IT portal for sales reps can be configured to show various types of information such as contact notes, customer data, or a sales dashboard to display business performance.


Customer Information Access
Sales reps can access a list of their assigned customers, and by clicking on a customer's name, they can view detailed information about that customer, including contact details, balance status, notes, attachments, and sales opportunities.
One or more Sales Reps can be assigned to each Account. This ensures Sales Reps only see the Accounts they are assigned to, but Orders can also be attributed to the Sales Rep regardless of who submitted the Order.
Order and Invoice Management Features
The portal allows sales reps to review a customer's purchase items, view invoice history for up to three years, and gain quick access to shipment tracking. They can also place new orders and quotes directly from the customer dashboard.
Sales Reports
Sales reps can access specific reports depending on permissions set by the admin. This includes sales performance reports, helping them to evaluate their effectiveness and manage customer relationships better.
Custom Fields & Shared Resources
Sales reps can view shared files and documents through a library tab in the portal, depending on the configuration of their access rights.
